With a background in psychology and over 30 years of experience in the Human Services field, I've had the privilege of helping many people make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
I'm board certified in hypnosis by the International Certification Board of Coaches and Hypnotists and the Mike Mandel Hypnosis Academy, and I specialize in stress relief, weight loss and habit change.
Hypnosis has made an incredible difference in my life. I was blown away at 10 years old when my Mom was hypnotized to quit smoking. After trying and failing to quit many times, she went to a hypnotist as a last resort.
Her Mom (my grandmother) was dying from lung cancer at the time. I do believe that by quitting smoking, my Mom added 20+ years to her life.
Hypnosis helped me deliver both of my children naturally, lose 30 pounds and stop the nightly wine habit that made me feel tired and unmotivated.
