No wonder it's so hard to get out of the patterns of stress we find ourselves in!

During this session, you'll learn conscious techniques,
and experience a hypnosis session, to rewire your unconscious patterns.
So that you can shift away from self-criticism and automatic negative thoughts,
and direct your attention back to the present moment.
That way, mindfulness can more easily become a habit.
