I thoroughly enjoyed Colleen's Rewire To Lose Weight & Feel Fabulous weekly Zoom series. The format made it easy to jump online and learn tools, share stories and provide and receive support from a group of wonderful women! The discussions increased my awareness of all the components of weight management and wellness beyond the mechanics of diet and exercise. I am more mindful of how my internal narrative can work for or against me in making choices that will yield either vibrancy or exhaustion. Every week, I learned a new stress relief technique that I can build into short pauses in my day, to get grounded and energized. The best part of the series was ending each session with a blissful hypnosis with inspiring and peaceful visualizations to wind down my day. I look forward to working with Colleen again in the future to harness the amazing tool of hypnosis!

Colleen’s knowledge and her ability to convey that knowledge in a clear and concise manner in all facets taught during the course of 12 weeks was extremely impressive! I certainly learned a lot from this course and continue to implement what I learned in my daily life. The hypnosis part was extremely relaxing to me, and I believe has helped me to implement the following: I work a desk job and am now setting my alarm every hour to get up and move around. I’m more mindful of what I am putting into my body as far as food and drinks go. Definitely have seen an improvement on the scale and in my clothes! I’ve also become more in tune with nature. I hear and see birds I have never seen before! I’m more active now, which is huge! Not only is it good for my body, it’s great for my mind. Another bonus is I have more energy! Love the recordings because I can go back and review them to refresh my mind and continue on a path to success!
Not eating so many sweets and cutting back so much on sodas! Eating smaller portions and more movement in general has been a breeze since working with you. Haven't been on the scale in a week, but clothes are getting much looser. And while I haven't been checking my blood sugar, I am having fewer symptoms. There is no need for a nap and sleeping better, etc.!
I've been slacking on checking my blood sugar levels, but my weight has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY! I am officially below 160lbs. Haven't been there since well before 1999!
